Customer care

We work in partnership with Fostering Service Providers, their foster carers and their staff in order to offer them a support system that’s tailored to their needs.

FosterTalk customer service

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we provide regular review meetings, attend carer forums to promote and explain the FosterTalk service, and help with recruitment and retention of foster carers.

Through regular feedback and evaluations with our partners, listening to and understanding their requirements, we can plan future service developments. It is this approach that has guided the development of our services so far and resulted in the comprehensive support that foster carers receive.
