One call to our legal helpline is all it takes to secure access to an experienced solicitor with in-depth knowledge of fostering. They’ll represent you if you’re arrested or interviewed under police caution in connection with an allegation against you or a family member.

Arrest and Interview Assistance

As a FosterTalk member, you’ll be provided with legal representation under our Legal Expenses Policy if you’re interviewed under caution, or arrested in connection with an alleged offence against a fostered child or young person.

With one call to our legal helpline, you’ll have access to a qualified legal representative with extensive experience of fostering. They’ll arrange for legal representation following arrest or interview under police caution and support you through any legal proceedings.

All costs will be covered by your membership. So if the worst happens, you know we’re here for you – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
