BACK TO NEWSThe Adoption and Children (Coronavirus) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2020 extended flexibilities in October that are due to expire on 31 March 2021. With the current national lockdown and the likelihood that, as the situation improves, we will continue to need further regional restrictions, there is now a need to review these flexibilities and consider extending to 30 September 2021.
