As a FosterTalk member, you’ll be provided with legal representation under our Legal Expenses Policy if you’re interviewed under caution, or arrested in connection with an alleged offense against a fostered child or young person.

With one call to our legal helpline, you’ll have access to a qualified legal representative with extensive experience of fostering. They’ll arrange for legal representation following arrest or interview under police caution and support you through any legal proceedings.

All costs will be covered by your membership. So if the worst happens, you know we’re here for you – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

What’s more, your legal cover applies to extended family* and dependents within the fostering household.
