Clients choose to work with us because we offer a flexible responsive service to the needs of their Carers. We listen to clients and work closely with them in order to provide Carers with a joined up approach between the authority/agency they work for and the independent support they receive. This means we understand the system in which they are working and can offer them support accordingly.

Customer satisfaction is top of our agenda, both in terms of the Carers who receive our service and the agency who is commissioning our service. To this end we are available for regular review meetings with clients, can attend Carer forums to promote and explain the FosterTalk service and can also help with recruitment drives as a key service that will attract new Carers. Our partnership approach is key to our growth. As we listen to clients we learn more and the services we provide reflect this.
