Customer satisfaction is top of our agenda, both in terms of the Carers who receive our service and the agency who is commissioning our service. To this end we are available for regular review meetings with clients, can attend Carer forums to promote and explain the FosterTalk service and can also help with recruitment drives as a key service that will attract new Carers.
